Terms of Service
Eduvion AI · Version 2026-10-15
These Terms are an agreement between you and EduvionAI (a sole proprietorship of Abhinav), trading as Eduvion AI ("we", "us"), Hisar, Haryana 125001, India (GSTIN 06DKSPA6780A1Z6). They govern the Eduvion AI school management platform: the web application, the mobile applications and the APIs (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a school or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Who may use the Service
Schools (the "School") subscribe to the Service and create accounts for their staff, students and parents. Students below 18 use the Service under the School's authority and their parent's or guardian's supervision; the School is responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires from a parent or guardian.
You must give accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell your School administrator or us at once if you think your account has been misused.
2. The School's responsibilities
The School decides what is entered into the Service and who in the School may see it. The School is the owner and, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the data fiduciary for the records it keeps about its students, parents and staff; we process those records only on the School's instructions as its data processor (see the Privacy Policy).
The School must: keep its administrator accounts secure; give access only to people who need it; enter only information it is entitled to hold; and comply with the law that applies to it, including the rules of its education board.
Features that capture staff attendance evidence (a check-in photo, location and phone checks) are switched on and configured by the School. The School must tell its staff what is captured and why, obtain any consent the law requires, use it only to run attendance and keep it genuine, and review flags fairly: a flag is not proof of misuse.
Fees collected online are collected on the School's behalf, through the payment gateway account the School has set up in its own name. We never hold School fee money.
3. Subscription, fees and payment
The Service is billed to the School per student per month on the plan the School chooses, as shown on the pricing page and in the School's billing area. Platform fees are payable in advance for each instalment and carry GST at the rate in force. Tax invoices are issued with our GSTIN.
If an instalment stays unpaid after its due date and the reminder period shown in the billing area, access for the School may be paused until it is paid. The School's data is not deleted because of a pause.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to the School's administrator. A change applies from the School's next instalment.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; upload malware or try to get around our security; access accounts or data you are not authorised to see; scrape, copy or resell the Service; or use it to send unsolicited messages.
We may suspend an account that is misused, after telling the School where that is practical.
5. Your content and our software
The School keeps all rights in the records it enters and the documents it generates. The School gives us a licence to host, process, back up and show that content only to run the Service.
The Service, its software, design and documentation are ours and our licensors'. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them for the School's internal purposes while the subscription lasts.
6. Availability, support and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access; maintenance, outages at our providers and events outside our control may interrupt it. We back up data daily.
We may add, change or retire features. A change that removes something the School relies on will be announced in advance where practical.
Support is available at support@eduvionai.com on working days.
7. Ending the agreement
The School may end its subscription at any time from its billing area or by writing to us; the Refund & Cancellation Policy says what is refunded. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach of these Terms.
For 60 days after the subscription ends the School can export its data. After that we delete it, except what we must keep by law or for our records of the agreement. Individual users can ask for their own account to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. What we are responsible for
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data caused by anything outside our reasonable control, and our total liability to the School in any 12-month period is limited to the platform fees the School paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 where it applies.
The School is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters and for decisions it makes using reports the Service produces.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hisar, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-forum rights you cannot waive. Please raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer first (see Grievance Officer); most issues are resolved there.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version date at the top changes when we do, and accounts are asked to accept the new version at their next sign-in. Continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance.
